What makes DayRoll different?
DayRoll is proudly Australian owned and operated. We design and support every camera from Australia, backed by a local team. A standalone retro pocket camera with 15 built-in filters, no phone, no app, no editing. Just warm, grainy, nostalgic photos straight out of the camera.
Why do the photos look grainy and not razor sharp?
Because that is what the camera is for. DayRoll shoots like a 2000s point and shoot: a small sensor, a real flash and no computational processing running behind the scenes. You get warm colour, visible grain, blown highlights near the flash and the occasional soft frame. Your phone removes all of that. DayRoll keeps it, because that is the look people are after.
Do I need my phone or an app to use it?
No. DayRoll is a standalone camera. Point and shoot, no phone required.
What if I change my mind?
If something is actually wrong with the camera, you are covered by your consumer guarantees under Australian and New Zealand law and we will make it right. We also offer a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind guarantee: the camera needs to come back unused, complete and in its original packaging, and you arrange the return postage. Preferring a different photographic look from a working camera is not covered. The conditions are set out in full in our returns policy.
How long does delivery take?
